Vincent is the best dentist I've ever visited. He explains everything so thoroughly and the whole time he makes sure you're comfortable. I've been embarrassed to go to dentists for a while because of how they've shamed me about my teeth maintenance. You will receive no such judgement from Vincent. He just wants what's best for you without making you feel bad and he doesn't put any pressure into getting the suggested treatment plans. And the ladies at the reception are so lovely too. Thank you for a wonderful dental experience 🙏

I have high anxiety visiting the Dentist, Dr Vincent Wan made me feel completely at ease. This clinic is highly professional Dr Wan and his team are trustworthy and compassionate.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Jenny. She is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything about my teeth in a very clear and thorough way. I really appreciated how she made sure I understood all my options and gave me the best recommendations for my dental health. She also did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Jenny is not only professional and skilled, but also very caring and approachable, which made the whole visit comfortable and stress-free. I’m very happy with the care I received and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great dentist.

I’ve been going to First Dental and Dr. Vincent for years (and recommended it to all I know), and I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention I always receive. I really appreciate that I’m never treated like a child or pressured into unnecessary treatments — everything is always explained clearly and respectfully. A while back, I had a whitening procedure done here, and it lasted for many years! I received so many compliments on my smile — it was a gentle, natural-looking whitening, not that harsh “too white” look. I also love the regular reminders, the affordable pricing, and the convenient location right at the mall. Thank you, Dr. Vincent, for consistently providing such thoughtful and professional care.

I had an appointment today with Dr. Vincent Wan and he was amazing! He seemed very trustworthy, did a great job, and explained everything clearly. I’ll definitely be back for my next clean. I’m here on a working holiday, and this was by far the most economical cleaning and exam package I could find. Highly recommend. Also, the receptionist and the dental assistant were extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with! 5 star customer service and services.

I’ve been with Dr Vincent for years and always feel looked after and valued at his practices. I’ve tried other dentists closer to home but always feel like they want to upsell me something I don’t need. He’s a professional I trust and will continue to travel to the city for. Thanks Dr!

Dr. Wan was so incredible! went in for some major tooth pain and he helped me find the problem, gave me multiple different treatment options, and was super patient with answering all my questions. Very up front about what everything would cost. Very attentive to any discomfort or pain I was feeling during my root canal treatment. Even drew me some little doodles to help explain what was going on in my tooth. Everyone at the front desk was so kind and helpful as well. One of the most welcoming healthcare establishments I've had the pleasure of visiting recently.

The best experience I have had at a Dentist, ever. Everybody on staff from reception to Dentist and assistant was very kind and helpful, I have an acute anxiety condition and they were very understanding, and very thoughtful and compassionate. The dental work was also very good and priced very well, which was really great too as I was worried I wouldn't be able to afford it, but they gave me great pricing and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Thank you to the team. I Strongly recommend them.

Dr Jenny is the best! She is so kind, thorough and gentle. She explains everything whilst working so nothing is a surprise. I found the clinic through aligner treatment but am staying to see Dr Jenny is my regular dentist.
